7-Day Easy Returns — No Questions Asked on Damaged/Wrong Items

At Yavya Vistara, your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window: You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return/Replacement:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • Item is significantly different from what was shown on the product page

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind after 7 days
  • Item used, washed, or damaged by the customer after delivery
  • Missing original packaging (for electronics/gadgets)

How to Request a Return:

  1. WhatsApp us at +91 91733 31533 or email yavyavistara@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with your Order ID and a photo/video of the issue.
  2. Our team will verify and approve the return within 24–48 hours.
  3. Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or guide you to ship it back.
  4. Refund or replacement is processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method via Razorpay
  • COD orders: refunded via UPI/bank transfer (you'll be asked to share details)

Damaged or Wrong Item Received? Don't worry — email/WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or full refund. No need to return the damaged item in most cases.
